Créé en 1999, le Centre AVSEC-OACI de l’ERNAM est une institution moderne dotée d’équipements de pointe mis à la disposition des vingt-quatre (24) Etats africains relevant du Bureau Régional de l’OACI Afrique Occidentale et Centrale de Dakar, pour la formation à la Sûreté de l’Aviation Civile.  

Organizational systems , training , human resources and infrastructure development-related training and modernizing ERNAM can not remain on the sidelines of this evolution. That is why , in order to better serve our partners and customers , the ERNAM was part of a process to achieve excellence .
